It would be impossible to sum up all the litigation cases where Kocks & Partners have defended a foreign client against claims brought before the Belgian Courts. All these cases, however, have one element in common: the cross-border issue makes the case just a little more complex, whether it is non-conformity in the delivery of goods, a judicial expert investigation regarding goods bought abroad or a dispute concerning management fees from a worldwide consultancy project.
